We’re looking for a Kitchen porter to join our growing & ambitious team in The Farm Table, our 70-cover fresh food restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes.
We have flexible rotas & you can expect to work 40 per week, Either 9am-6pm or 3pm-11pm both with a 20 minute break with meals provided. We are open for lunch 7 days a week and evenings Wednesday through to Saturday evening.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Keeping on top of the washing up, clean pots and other kitchenware.
- Sanitize and clean kitchen equipment.
- Keep on top of bins, recycling, food waste, glass
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Help deep clean fryers, grills and filters plus other weekly bulk cleaning jobs.
- With shift runner to help the kitchen run smoothly.
