Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.

Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.

Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.

Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.

Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.

Supporting client product owners in finalising requirement details and articulating decisions.
-
Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
-
Assisting in backlog prioritisation aligned with strategic goals.
-
Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.

Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.
