The Foundry is looking for a confident, hands-on Operations / Shift Manager to join our team.
20–25 hours per week Primarily evenings & weekends
This is a part-time management role for someone who loves live music, great hospitality and taking pride in how a venue runs.
You’ll be helping us:
- Lead shifts and support the team
- Deliver brilliant customer service
- Keep the venue safe, clean and welcoming
- Manage stock and day-to-day operations
- Work alongside artists and production teams
- Make decisions when things get busy
- Spot problems, and importantly, bring solutions
- Help us keep improving how The Foundry operates

We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, organised, friendly and confident leading by example. Experience in hospitality, events, bars or live music is ideal.
A Personal Licence and relevant training would be a bonus, but attitude and experience matter just as much.

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
