We are looking for seasoned Team Leader-Level Waiters with a stellar attitude and a strong background in fine dining or high-end events. This is not an entry-level position - we want confident leaders who can inspire a team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Role & Schedule
- Location: Dulwich-based school
- Shifts: Primarily afternoon and evening sit-down dinner events, mostly mid-week with some weekend availability required.
- Commitment: Casual role, but we are looking for dedicated candidates who can commit to 3 to 4 shifts per week.
- Pay Rate:£14.74/hr (£12.91 base + £1.56 holiday) to £16.00/hr (£14.28 base + £1.72 holiday)
What we need from you
- Proven experience working in fine dining or high-end events, specifically at a supervisory or team-leader level.
- An outstanding, proactive work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Essential Requirement: An Enhanced, child-barred DBS check that was either issued in July or August 2026 OR registered on the DBS Update Service.
- Must be able to start from September and complete a clearance 2 weeks prior to starting
