Overview
We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the office and assisting with the general administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls professionally and responding to emails
- Managing diaries, appointments and schedules
- Processing paperwork, quotations and invoices
- Maintaining company records and filing systems
- Assisting with customer enquiries and providing excellent service
- Supporting engineers and management with administration tasks
- Ordering office supplies and general office co-ordination
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff alike
- Using internal systems and Microsoft Office Packages
Requirements
- Previous administration or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional and friendly manner
Position Details
- Full time position
- Based in Cambuslang
- 35 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 2pm)
- Salary £24,500 per year
