About The Role
Blitz Group are looking to recruit a mobile cleaner who has a strong Builders / Sparkle / one off (hand over) & contract cleaning background to the construction industry
This position will require you to work a combination of early mornings and late evenings, and nights therefore the successful candidate must be very flexible depending on the needs of the business.
Experience required
- Competent with motorway driving and lone working
- Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload
- Flexibility to work around the business needs - shifts will change at short notice
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Cleaning experience (2yrs preferred)
- Manual Driving licence
- CSCS preferred
- PASMA preferred (not essential)

- As part of Blitz Group, you’ll dedicate your time on different sites to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Blitz client sites.
- Use of a company van, fuel card.
- Handling cleaning equipment and materials (don’t worry you will get full training).
- Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Blitz will make sure you’re fully prepared so that you can begin with a full understanding of what to look out for.
About You
All you need is:
- An attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- We require all our employees have a basic level of spoken English. This is for communication on safety, and your confidence communicating with members of the public
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- A Full UK driving licence.
- A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview) and this applies to all UK and Non-UK nationals.
