Role Overview
Natura1 is developing a portfolio of environmentally responsible products designed around practical sustainability and responsible sourcing. This senior position will guide product development from early concepts through supplier coordination and market launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development programs from concept to launch.
- Evaluate materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
- Establish product quality and sustainability criteria.
- Coordinate with procurement, marketing, and operations teams.
- Monitor product costs, timelines, and performance.
- Develop supplier and product evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant product development experience.
- Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong commercial and project-management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and responsible sourcing is beneficial.
Pay: £78,000.00 per year
