We are seeking a reliable and physically fit CSCS Groundworkers to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various site activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining safety standards. Duties
- Assisting with general site clearance, including removing debris and organising materials
- Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Assisting tradespeople with their tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Digging, trenching, and preparing sites for construction activities
- Supporting the delivery and storage of materials on-site
- Operating basic tools and equipment under supervision
- Ensuring all work complies with site safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards
