Office Administrator
Powerpac Limited is a Coalville-based company that designs, develops, and manufactures a range of diagnostic products for the healthcare and dental industries. We are looking for an Office Administrator to provide administrative and clerical services. The ideal candidate will be able to apply their experience in managing clients, and be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and handle incoming calls
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives
- Provide clerical assistance to the CEO and other senior executives
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Maintain contact with customers, vendors, etc.
- Perform occasional special projects as requested by CEO or other senior executives
- Coordinate with sales team on sales calls
- Keep track of inventory and expenses, enter data into computer system, prepare reports etc.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a back-office assistant or office admin assistant (preferably in the medical or dental industry)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and quick learning of other computer programs (e.g. Word)
- Proficiency in English and in MS Excel (user interface)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: £25,355.00-£26,378.00 per year
