At Force Café, Ambleside, we have a Chef de Partie position available
We are searching for a Chef de Partie who will:
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and planning menus including signature specials
- Be able to take responsibility and lead by example
- Show adaptability and embrace change and new ideas
- Ideally have experience in managing food cost and inventories according to monthly targets
- Maintain standards in food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,750.00 per year
