Are you a passionate Support Worker looking for flexible agency work that actually fits around your life? We are recruiting reliable, caring Agency Support Workers to work across Children’s Services and Adult Services, supporting individuals to live safer, happier and more independent lives.
This role is ideal if you enjoy variety, want to build experience across settings, and love making a real impact — no two days are the same!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing person-centred support to children, young people and adults
- Supporting individuals with daily routines, independence and life skills
- Assisting with personal care when required
- Supporting emotional wellbeing, behaviour and social development
- Encouraging access to education, activities and the community
- Following care plans and maintaining clear, accurate records
- Working safely in line with safeguarding and organisational policies

What We’re Looking For
- Previous UK experience as a Support Worker / Care Assistant
- A positive, patient and motivated attitude
- Ability to work flexibly across different environments
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
