Lab Administrator – Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities
Velvet Digital is looking for an organised, friendly, and proactive Lab Administrator to join our growing team.
We are open to recruiting either one full-time team member or two part-time team members to share the role. Flexibility is important, and the successful candidate(s) will be required to work Saturdays from home as part of the rota.
About the Role
As a Lab Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy digital dental laboratory. This is a varied administrative position involving customer communication, order management, and ensuring work flows smoothly through the laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming orders and customer enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Coordinating workflow and supporting the laboratory team
- General administrative duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer and IT skills are essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
No dental laboratory experience is required – full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right skills, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

- Flexible working hours available
