Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dedicated and customer-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing quotes and orders, and delivering a high standard of service across phone, email, and online channels. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer quotations and orders accurately via phone, email, and website

Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer service at all times

Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and follow up where necessary

Maintain strong product knowledge to advise customers effectively

Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Ensure all internal systems and processes are followed correctly

Support the team in achieving service and performance targets
Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Knowledge of building products or the construction trade would be an advantage
