Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote learning, creativity, and social interaction among children
- Support children’s emotional well-being by providing comfort, encouragement, and positive reinforcement
- Assist in implementing educational programs and daily routines in accordance with organizational standards
- Monitor children’s safety at all times, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute age-appropriate activities that meet developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment conducive to learning and play
Skills
- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback
- Ability to remain energetic, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of child development principles and safety protocols
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and organizational policies effectively
