Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive – Light Commercial Vehicles to join our team and drive growth across our LCV range (vans, chassis cabs, and light truck derivatives). In this role, you will build strong relationships with fleet operators, SMEs, and owner-drivers, identify new B2B sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Your product knowledge, energetic approach, and excellent communication skills will help us grow market share in a highly competitive segment while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing fleet and business customers while actively seeking new B2B sales opportunities across the LCV range
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and demonstrations of Iveco light commercial vehicles, highlighting payload, body/conversion options, running costs, and total cost of ownership
- Advise customers on vehicle specification, including conversions, racking, liveries, and finance/leasing options, in partnership with internal and partner teams
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements, including fleet and multi-vehicle deals
- Drive sales activity by proactively reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, site visits, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand client operational needs (route profiles, payload, duty cycles) and recommend tailored LCV solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and prompt deal closure
- Stay current on the LCV market, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, including electric and alternative-fuel light commercial vehicles
- Collaborate with internal teams (workshop, parts, finance, and aftersales) to ensure smooth order processing, vehicle delivery, and post-sales support
- Represent Iveco at local trade events, fleet shows, and customer open days as required
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive, LCV, fleet, or a related industry
- Working knowledge of light commercial vehicles (vans, chassis cabs, conversions) is highly desirable
- Full, clean UK driving licence, with the confidence to drive demonstrator vehicles within assigned territories
- Customer service orientation with a knack for understanding client needs and providing solutions
- Good IT skills for managing CRM systems, emails, and other digital tools
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
