What you’ll do:

Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality meals and refreshments on time, ensuring every dish meets Sodexo’s standards and exceeds client and customer expectations.

Take pride in delivering food to a consistently high standard, while paying close attention to special dietary requirements and allergens, including nut, dairy and wheat allergies.

Support the smooth running of all hospitality services, from food preparation and service through to clear-down, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for every customer.

Work as part of the wider team to maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment, responding quickly and appropriately to any incidents, including accidents, fire, food safety concerns, loss or damage.

Get involved in team meetings, training and development opportunities to build your skills and continue delivering an excellent service.
What you'll bring:

High standards and a strong commitment to maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with customers, clients and colleagues.

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Good literacy and numeracy skills.

A professional, reliable and organised approach to work.

5706/2, NVQ Level 2 Chef qualification or equivalent culinary qualification.
