We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, drinks and food preparation, assist with opening and closing shifts, ensuring a welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
- Assist with drinks and food preparation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and workstations
- Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to at all times
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities
- Assist with opening and closing tasks
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Till system
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment essential
- Certifications for Health & Safety and Allergens
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks and assist in the kitchen when needed
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment
- A proactive approach with the ability to work well as part of a team
- Available to work on Fridays and weekends, as well, if required.
