Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes with precision and care.
- Follow detailed project plans and specifications to achieve the desired look and quality standards.
- Use a variety of tools including brushes, rollers, spray guns, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong eye for detail.
- Valid driving license preferred for transportation between sites.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong physical stamina for standing, climbing ladders, and working at heights over extended periods.
- Ability to interpret project plans, technical drawings, and instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to painting equipment and construction sites.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality across multiple job sites.
