Responsibilities

- Oversee quality control procedures to guarantee products meet rigorous standards and specifications.
- Manage supply chain activities related to raw materials, inventory levels, and logistics coordination.
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as SAP to monitor production data, track KPIs, and generate reports for continuous analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvement projects and mechanical troubleshooting efforts.
- Foster a culture of safety by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations across the manufacturing site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably within a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and other supply chain management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement maintenance strategies.
- Excellent understanding of quality control standards and assembly processes.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
