An opportunity has arisen with Facility Services Group Ltd for a Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer with good experience to work throughout the South West on various commercial contracts and project work.
The successful individuals will need to have experience working on own initiative, completing all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and experience
- Problem solving providing solutions is essential
- Willing to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Basic experience of other trades is desirable.
- Have a positive attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving license
- Participation on an on call rota
- NVQ/City & Guilds
- Enhanced DBS will be required (facilitated by FSG)

Hourly rate £14.50 to £16.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
