Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold culinary standards
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and to high-quality specifications
- Manage food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations
- Develop menu items that reflect creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent customer satisfaction
- Train team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary arts
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Extensive kitchen experience with knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and front-of-house staff

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
