We’re looking for an enthusiastic, personable Sales Associate to join our growing group of luxury private pharmacies. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, is passionate about beauty, skincare and wellness, and wants to help drive the growth of an innovative retail pharmacy business. You’ll become part of a friendly, supportive team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of beauty, skincare and wellness while making a real difference to our customers every day.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
· Offer personalised advice across skincare, beauty, wellness and healthcare products
· Build relationships with customers and inspire confidence through product knowledge
· Maintain high visual merchandising standards and shop floor presentation
· Replenish stock and assist with deliveries and inventory management
· Support promotional activity and new product launches
· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve targets and provide an exceptional client journey
· Support the pharmacy team where appropriate, helping create a seamless experience for every client
Key Requirements
· Previous premium retail or customer service experience
· A passion for beauty, skincare, wellness or retail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
· Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
· Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings where required
· A genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
