Responsibilities:
Process financial transactions using Emburse Enterprise, our Accounts Payable system, ensuring all payments are handled accurately and in line with company procedures
Manage cash forms and related financial activities through our bespoke finance software, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Use iManage to store, retrieve and manage financial documentation in accordance with compliance and document management requirements
Utilise Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to analyse data, prepare reports, maintain records and support team presentations
Assist the Credit Control team with the collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records through finance systems and reporting tools
Develop into a super user across our key finance systems, providing support to colleagues and helping drive system and process improvements
Build expertise in our finance applications and processes, becoming a trusted go-to expert within the team

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
