We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Care/Support worker to work with vulnerable clients.

Randall Care Homes and Support provides 24-hour accommodation-based support for clients who have been diagnosed with severe and enduring mental health conditions in North West London, Brent.
We work with clients who have chronic and enduring mental health challenges, primarily schizophrenia, bipolar, schizoaffective disorders, depression, personality disorders. Beneficial if you have additional ASD and dementia experience. We treat our clients with respect, dignity and care.
Responsibilities and expectations
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Implement the care plans tailored to each clients mental health needs.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with colleagues and our management team.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to NVQ standards in all interactions.
- Be conversant in Safeguarding, DOLS, Mental Capacity
- Medication compliance support and administration
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in lone working
- Excellent handover and reporting skills
- We operate the 3 c’s. Caring, Cooking and Cleaning with and for clients
This is a role for an experienced, well-rounded person with good mental health knowledge.
You may be lone working as well so you need to be a self-starter and know how to work in a small unit of up to 6 people.
You need to have NVQ or QCF level 2 or above, Care Certificate and mandatory qualifications.

Shift: 12 hour day shift
Day shift: 07.45 -15.00
Night shifts: 19.45 - 08.00
You will need to be experienced in working nightshifts.
