Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound introductory calls to residential prospects to identify new business opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on the long-term financial savings and environmental benefits of sustainable home improvements.
- Secure and schedule qualified consultations for our field energy consultants and surveyors.
- Build initial rapport, identify homeowner needs, and professionally manage objections by communicating clear value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, green energy incentives, and product updates.

Position Details & Compensation
This is a stable self-employed / freelance contractor engagement designed for driven individuals looking for an exceptional, uncapped reward structure within a collaborative team.
- Expected Earnings: £400.00 – £1,000.00+ per week (Uncapped OTE)
- Base Retainer: £400.00 per week steady retainer.
- Consultation Bonus: £50.00 for every scheduled appointment that successfully takes place.
- Sales Commission: An additional 2% commission on the total contract value of every closed project originating from your leads.
- Earning Potential: While steady performers average £400–£650 per week, our top earners regularly achieve £1,000+ per week through consistent performance.
