Empire Delivery is a dynamic and fast-growing premium 2-man delivery service based in Hatfield Heath, near Bishops Stortford. The Role
We are looking for reliable, professional, and physically fit drivers to join our 2-man delivery teams. You will be working alongside a delivery partner, collecting and delivering furniture to customers' homes — which can include navigating stairs and tight spaces. Plenty of shifts are available across Monday to Friday.
Shift Details:
- Shifts start between 5:00am and 6:00am, Monday to Friday
- Typical shift length is approximately 12 hours
- Plenty of shifts available — consistent and regular work
Pay & Progression:
- Starting rate of £14.05 per hour
- Progression up to £16.00 per hour based on performance and reliability
- 100% of all tips earned are yours to keep
- Paid weekly
Requirements
- Must be aged 21 or over
- Must reside within a 45-minute drive of CM22
- Full UK driving licence required — clean licence preferred, up to 6 points accepted for minor SP code convictions only
- Must be of smart appearance and represent the Empire Delivery brand professionally
- Physically fit — this role involves lifting and carrying heavy and bulky furniture, including up flights of stairs
- Polite, punctual, honest, and hardworking
- A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential
