Rushton Hall Hotel & Spa, a stunning Grade I listed country hall set within beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, is seeking a passionate and organised Weddings & Events Coordinator to join our dedicated Events team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. From elegant weddings to corporate events and private celebrations, you will play a key role in bringing our guests' visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weddings, conferences, and special events from enquiry through to completion.
- Conduct venue show rounds and consultations with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and event schedules.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Manage event details, ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
- Support wedding couples throughout their planning journey.
- Attend wedding fairs and promotional events as required.
- Ensure all events are delivered to the highest standards of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records using hotel and event management systems.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in weddings, events and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience within a hotel or wedding venue environment.

Working Hours
