This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Corinth Pipeworks UK at the beginning of a huge investment program that will transform the future outlook for the site and business.

We are looking to recruit several Production Team Members into our operations teams based at Hartlepool. These are day roles however the ability to work differing shift patterns as required is essential.
To be successful in this role you will be reliable with a flexible attitude to your work and tasks undertaken. Ideally you will also have previous working experience within a heavy manufacturing industry and be able to demonstrate the ability to work safely with adherence to stringent quality standards. The main duties centre around machine operation or inspection / buffing activity whilst adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures. Other tasks may include operation of mobile plant, the recording and checking of manufacturing information via the use of IT systems and participating in audits and checks as required.
Previous experience in some or all of the following duties is preferred but not essential:
· Visual inspection and measurement in a production environment.
· Machine operation
· Welding
· Buffing / grinding
· Manual Handling
· Worked in a multi-skilled environment within a heavy engineering manufacturing environment.
· A systematic approach to problem solving.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge and use of computer-based controls.
· OHC Operation (remote and gantry driven)
