Service Administrator
About the Role
LiuGong UK is looking for a highly organised and proactive Service Administrator to support our growing Service & Aftermarket team. This is a key role ensuring the smooth running of service operations, from job tracking and invoicing to customer support and coordination with internal teams and external providers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing service jobs and ensuring all required information is complete
- Tracking job progress and maintaining accurate system updates
- Managing and progressing Work in Progress (WIP)
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices accurately and on time
- Handling invoice queries and supporting customers with resolutions
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to service-related requests
- Providing telephone support to customers and internal teams
- Preparing service contract quotations and maintaining documentation
- Supporting coordination of jobs with third-party providers
- Updating service records (including iLink) and producing reports
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative or service support role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Desirable:
- Experience in a service, engineering, or dealership environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Kerridge, Sage, etc.)
- Experience with service systems such as iLink

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
