Site King is a growing workwear and PPE company supplying products across the UK and European markets. We sell through our own websites and a range of major online marketplaces.
We are looking for a talented and practical Graphic Designer to support our product, marketing and packaging requirements.
The Role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality product imagery, marketing graphics and retail packaging for Site King and its associated brands.
The role will involve working with both regulated PPE products and general consumer goods. You will need to combine strong design skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring that packaging and product information are clear, accurate and suitable for the intended market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design product and marketing images for websites, marketplaces, social media and advertising.
- Create product listing images, including feature graphics, dimensions, specifications and lifestyle imagery.
- Edit and retouch product photography, including colour correction, background removal, image cleaning and product positioning.
- Prepare images to meet the requirements of Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce and other online marketplaces.
- Design product packaging, labels, inserts, instruction manuals and user information sheets.
- Adapt packaging designs for different products, brands, sizes and markets.
- Create packaging for both regulated PPE products and non-regulated consumer goods.
- Accurately position required product markings, warnings, symbols, technical information and company details.
- Work with product compliance information supplied by management, manufacturers and testing bodies.
- Ensure approved compliance details are reproduced accurately across packaging, labels and product documentation.
- Prepare packaging for UK and EU markets, including relevant language, marking and importer information requirements.
- Create print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles and resolution.
- Liaise with printers, packaging manufacturers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Check packaging proofs and samples before production.
- Maintain organised design files, templates, product images and brand assets.
- Ensure consistent branding across products, packaging and marketing materials.
- Support the creation of catalogues, leaflets, banners, emails and other promotional materials.
- Produce multiple design concepts and make amendments based on feedback.
- Manage several design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in graphic design, packaging design, product imagery or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience editing and retouching product photography.
- Experience creating artwork for print and digital use.
- Good understanding of print preparation, including bleed, crop marks, colour profiles and resolution.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with technical or regulatory information.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and product specifications accurately.
- Strong layout, typography and image composition skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines.
- Good written English and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience designing packaging for workwear, footwear, PPE or regulated products.
- Understanding of UKCA, CE and product marking layouts.
- Experience working with product instruction manuals, warning labels and user information.
- Experience creating Amazon and e-commerce product listing images.
- Photography or studio lighting experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
- Experience with video editing, animation or motion graphics.
- Experience creating or editing 3D product renders.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms.

Important Compliance Responsibilities
The successful candidate will not be expected to independently provide legal or regulatory approval. However, they will be responsible for accurately applying approved information provided by management, manufacturers, laboratories and compliance specialists.
All markings, warnings, standards, certification references, importer details and technical claims must be reproduced accurately and must not be added, removed or changed without approval.
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
