Following the successful launches of our airport venues in Edinburgh and Manchester, we're excited to be opening our third airport location and first venue in the London area at Gatwick Airport.
We're looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused individuals to join our opening team and help deliver exceptional hospitality from day one.
The Role
As a member of our Floor Team, you'll be the face of the Fever-Tree experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and looked after throughout their visit.
You will:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Guide guests through our menu and make recommendations
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables and guest areas remain clean and well-presented
- Resolve guest requests with confidence and positivity
- Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service
- Uphold Fever-Tree brand standards at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking energetic, friendly individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ideal candidates will:
- Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Be confident engaging with guests from around the world
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Have previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Provide a full 5-year history for airport vetting

Airport Vetting Requirements
As this role is based airside, all successful applicants must pass aviation security checks, including:
- Holding a valid passport
- Completing a full 5-year background history
- Undergoing a DBS (criminal record) check
