Change Connect is looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Office & Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role providing administrative support across our Service Support, Accounts and wider office operations. The successful candidate will need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the confidence to work across different areas of the business.
A key part of the role will also be helping to maintain high office standards and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support across the business.
- Assist the Service Support team with customer queries, service requests, records and scheduling.
- Process sales and purchase invoices and purchase orders accurately.
- Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day administration and invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate customer, supplier and financial records.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure agreed office processes and standards are followed.
- Professionally challenge non-compliance and escalate ongoing or serious issues to management.
- Support management in maintaining a professional, organised and positive working environment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous office administration experience.
- Experience processing invoices and purchase orders is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Confidence to address issues professionally when company procedures are not being followed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
