Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and care
- Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct messages promptly
- Maintain accurate patient records, update information, and ensure confidentiality
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while verifying insurance details
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
- Support the clinic’s daily operations by coordinating with medical staff and ensuring timely communication
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and external partners
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and appointment scheduling
