About the Role
As a Teacher at The Spires School, your role will be varied, engaging, and highly rewarding. You will deliver creative, flexible, and personalised learning, supporting each pupil through bespoke educational approaches tailored to their individual needs.
You will work within a trauma-informed model, embedding therapeutic and relational practice into your day-to-day teaching. Our schools are proud to hold the Attachment and Trauma Sensitive Schools Award, demonstrating our commitment to supporting children affected by trauma.
About The Spires School
The Spires School is a specialist setting for children and young people aged 6–18 years, many of whom have experienced trauma and require a nurturing, structured environment to succeed.

What We’re Looking For
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
- Hold QTS or are an ECT/NQT
- Have strong communication and IT skills
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and professionals
- Are empathetic, resilient, and committed to trauma-informed practice
- Hold a full UK driving licence (essential)
- Have the right to work in the UK
