Vape & Mobile is a growing and ambitious vaping retailer looking for a confident, experienced sales professional to join our team.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to stand behind a counter. We are looking for an individual who enjoys face-to-face selling, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, understands the importance of driving sales, and wants to be rewarded for performance.

Essential Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required
- Strong face-to-face customer service and selling skills
- Confidence in recommending products and upselling where appropriate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working towards targets and business goals
- Genuine interest in vaping and customer service
- Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
- Comfortable handling stock deliveries, lifting boxes, organising stock and using ladders safely when required
- Must be 18+ due to the nature of the products sold

Training & Development
A full training and development programme will be provided.
During your training period, you will learn our product range, sales processes, customer service standards and operational procedures.
The initial training and probation period is typically 3 months but may be extended where additional development is required.
Pay, Progression & Incentives
- £12.75 per hour during the training and learning period
- Increase to up to £15.00 per hour following successful completion of training and probation
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives available after training has been completed
- Clear progression opportunities into Keyholder, Supervisor and Management positions
