The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and motivated Case Worker and Administrative Support professional to join our team.
This is a unique role combining participant support and case management with administrative and operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will work directly with individuals on their journey towards employment while also providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Case Work and Participant Support
- Build positive, trusting, and professional relationships with participants.
- Conduct assessments with potential participants to determine suitability for support.
- Understand individuals' goals, strengths, aspirations, and barriers to employment.
- Manage a caseload and provide tailored support throughout the participant journey.
- Help individuals develop confidence, employability skills, and workplace readiness.
- Provide support with CV development, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Work collaboratively with employers and colleagues to identify employment opportunities.
- Support participants before, during and after employment to promote sustained outcomes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, prisons, probation services, and partner organisations.
- Maintain accurate participant records and case notes.
- Deliver constructive challenge and support where required, encouraging personal responsibility and positive decision-making.
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diary management activities.
- Handle telephone enquiries, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and organisational documentation.
- Maintain accurate databases, records, and filing systems.
- Complete data entry and ensure information is current and accurate.
- Respond to enquiries from participants, employers, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when required.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the organisation.
- Support general office operations and administrative processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Work closely with and provide administrative cover for the Business Manager when required.
About You

Alongside your people skills, you will be highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing a varied workload. You will understand the importance of accurate administration and attention to detail in delivering high-quality services.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in a support, mentoring, coaching, employability, recruitment, or customer-focused role.
- Confident driver with own vehicle (mileage paid)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish effective working relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Competent in the use of databases, Microsoft Office applications, and email systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant records.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve positive outcomes.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience supporting individuals facing barriers to employment.
- Experience working with people with convictions.
- Knowledge or understanding of the criminal justice system.
- Experience within employability, recruitment, or vocational support services.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
