We are currently looking for a Business Stream Director - Fabrications to join our Cementation OU, based in Doncaster who will be responsible for the strategic growth, commercial performance and operational delivery of Cementation Skanska's steel fabrication business.
As the Business Stream Director - Fabrications, you will:

Lead the strategic development and growth of the Fabrication Business Stream, identifying and securing opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Drive business development, pre-construction, estimating and tendering activities to win profitable work.

Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the senior representative for the business stream.

Take accountability for the commercial performance of projects and the overall profitability of the Fabrication Business Stream. Oversee budgets, forecasts, contract performance and risk management.

Maintain overall accountability for production programme performance and quality standards, ensuring fabrication and installation activities are delivered on time, to specification and in line with client expectations.

Lead, develop and support managers and teams, ensuring the capability and capacity required to meet business objectives and across the full project lifecycle.
We are looking for:

Proven leadership experience within a steel fabrication, manufacturing, engineering or construction environment.

Commercial and work-winning expertise, including contract management, financial accountability, client relationship management.

Extensive knowledge of steel fabrication, structural steelwork, manufacturing processes and installation, with experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Excellent strategic planning, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
