Waking Night Care Assistant

Are you caring, calm, and looking for a meaningful role where you can truly change lives? We’re looking for compassionate Waking Night Care Assistants to join our friendly team, supporting 6 individuals to live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.
This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to be someone’s reassurance, support, and encouragement during the night.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued member of our night team, you will:
- Support individuals with personal care
- Assist with supper and breakfast routines
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Complete light housekeeping in communal areas
- Administer medication (full training provided)
- Monitor wellbeing and report any changes to healthcare professionals
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, respected, and cared for throughout the night.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Naturally compassionate, patient, and reliable
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willing to follow care plans and guidance
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience in a similar care role
- Challenging Behaviour training
- PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) training
