Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic our nursing home team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality patient care, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding residents through their recovery journeys while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. Duties
- Assess residents' conditions thoroughly and accurately to inform care strategies
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
- Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety standards
- Monitor resident progress continuously, adjusting care approaches as necessary
- Lead and mentor nursing assistants and support staff to promote best practices in patient care
- Communicate clearly with residents', families, and healthcare teams to ensure understanding and coordinated care
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and organizational policies
Experience
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising or guiding team members
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, clinical procedures, and care planning
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Experience in developing comprehensive care plans that address individual patient needs
