Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough exterior cleaning of buildings, windows, facades, driveways, and other surfaces using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations and environmental guidelines
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide professional advice when necessary
- Manage your own schedule, planning daily routes efficiently to maximize productivity
- Maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and ready for use on each job
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships
- Complete job reports or documentation as required to track completed work and any issues encountered
Skills
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between jobs
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Good physical fitness to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently without supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques suitable for exterior surfaces (nice-to-have)
