The People & Operations Lead will oversee our daily operation by supporting and developing our supervisors and team across Front of House, Coffee and Food. Rather than replacing these supervisors, you will coach them, help them succeed and ensure each area each day is consistently delivers excellent standards. Improve performance and preparing the business for future growth across additional NHS locations.

Salary is £33,000 p/annum
