We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Technician to join our growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Occupational Health professional looking to work with a supportive organisation that offers career development, varied work, and exposure to a diverse client portfolio.
As an Occupational Health Technician, you will deliver a range of health surveillance and screening services. This role involves regular travel and overnight stays during the working week, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and in different environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Audiometry testing
- Perform Spirometry assessments
- Carry out Drug & Alcohol Testing
- Complete Safety Critical Medicals
- Undertake HAVS Assessments (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
- Conduct Pre-Employment Medicals
- Deliver Health Promotion activities
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
- Ensure all testing is completed in line with occupational health standards and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Technician
- Competent in delivering health surveillance services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organised, and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable driving a manual vehicle
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home during the working week
