We're looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our Bridlington branch.
No previous estate agency experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
This role could be the first step towards becoming a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or future leader within our business.

The Role
Estate agency is fast-paced, rewarding and different every day.
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you'll learn every aspect of the property sales process while working alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying buyers
- Matching buyers with suitable properties
- Arranging and confirming viewings
- Conducting accompanied viewings
- Following up viewing feedback
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Supporting property marketing activities
- Learning and using our systems, technology and AI tools
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales or other customer-facing roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work Saturdays on a rota basis
Company pool vehicles are available for business use, so access to your own vehicle is not required.
