We are looking for a proactive, relationship-focused individual to join us as an Integration and Engagement Coordinator, supporting the delivery of the Connect to Work programme in Medway and Gravesham, working in partnership with The Forward Trust.
This is a dynamic, outward-facing role. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with employers, community organisations, Jobcentre Plus teams, training providers and other stakeholders, ensuring the programme is well-connected, visible and effective.
You will play a key role in creating and maintaining referral pathways, coordinating activity across partners, and ensuring participants experience a smooth and supportive journey into employment.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with a wide range of people, enjoys working across systems and partnerships and is motivated by helping people overcome barriers and move into work.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
