We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage your own property portfolio. You'll be the first point of contact for all tenants, landlords and contractors.
Established in 2012, Bristol Property Partnership is an award-winning independent lettings and property management business with a great reputation for personal service. Based in Horfield, we now have an exciting opening for the right person.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and with a track record of providing excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

Property Manager Requirements:
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- A love of organisation
- Strong attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Must have full driving licence and your own car
- Minimum 4+ years property management experience
- HMO management experience highly desirable
Property Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing your own residential property portfolio of 170+ units/tenants
- Ensuring your properties are fully compliant with all current property letting and safety regulations and council licencing requirements
- Establishing a great relationship with your tenants and landlords and dealing with all queries and issues promptly and professionally
- Conducting tenant check ins/outs
- Carrying out regular property inspections and reporting back to Landlords
- Liaising with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance works required or that you recommend
- Liaising with contractors and instructing repairs, keeping work on time and budget
- Working with the lettings team to advertise and keep your properties fully occupied
Pay & Benefits
Pay: £29,000-£34,000 per year depending on experience + bonuses (team bonuses based on business growth & service so everyone shares in our success)
