Position: Cleaning Operative – Whiteley – 7.5 - 10 hours per week

We’re currently recruiting one Cleaner to join our evening cleaning team at a client site in Whiteley.
Working hours
There are 2 open positions at this site - please state in the questions which position you are applying for - Morning or Afternoon
MORNING POSITION
- Monday to Friday 7:30am - 9:00am
- Total: 7.5 hours per week
AFTERNOON POSITION
- Monday to Friday 3:00pm - 5:00pm
- Total: 10 hours per week
The role
Working as part of a team, you’ll complete daily cleaning duties at welfare cabins to a construction firm, to a high standard, helping to ensure the site is clean, safe, and ready for use by the on site workers. Tasks will include:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning office areas
- Cleaning kitchens and welfare areas
- Cleaning toilets and washrooms
All cleaning materials and equipment are provided on site. Uniform (T-shirts and jacket) is also provided.
Training and support
At Goldcrest, we invest in our people and provide the tools, training, and support needed to succeed. Full training will be provided, although previous cleaning experience is preferred.
Person specification
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised and able to work methodically
- Detail-focused, with consistently high standards
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Able to provide a proven cleaning track record (preferred)
- Willing to undertake occasional overtime when required
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
