Role Objective
The key objective of this role is to manage and develop relationships with Appointed Representatives (ARs) and Introducer Appointed Representatives (IARs), ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially effective broker activity.
Broker Relationship Managers are responsible for the day-to-day performance of their assigned portfolio, maintaining strong relationships, controlling proposal quality, and ensuring broker activity aligns with FCA requirements and company standards.
As capability develops, the role operates with increasing levels of ownership, accountability, and commercial judgement, ensuring broker interactions, submissions, and pipeline activity are managed with accuracy, discipline, and commercial awareness to maximise conversion and sustainable growth.
Success in this role is defined by strong broker engagement, high-quality and efficient deal progression, adherence to regulatory standards, and consistent delivery of commercial outcomes across the assigned portfolio.

- Excellent account management and development skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Basic accounts knowledge
- Strong Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel & Internet Search Engine user
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Confident communicator – both via telephone and in person
- Excellent Numeracy Skills
- Analytical with strong attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative and make intelligent, reasoned decisions under pressure
