- Availability: Flexible across the week
- Shift Times: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, up to 5 days per week
Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
A minimum of 1 year’s Barista experience is required. Full training will also be provided to support your continued development. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in coffee preparation, customer service, food handling, and hospitality.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, matcha, and speciality drinks.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with light food preparation, including pastries and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas.
- Operate the till and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Barista experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends where required.
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
