The Role:
As a Production Packing Operative, you will work hands-on within our active production department. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged, quality-checked, and prepared for dispatch efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing & Assembly: Accurately pack, sort, and assemble products according to company standards and daily targets.
- Line Operations: Run and monitor basic production and packaging line equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual checks to ensure all finished products meet our high-quality guidelines before they leave the line.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your workstation and the wider production floor clean, organised, and free of hazards.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily output schedules.
- Health & Safety: Strictly adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Reliability: A punctual individual who takes pride in a strong attendance record.
- An Eye for Detail: Someone who cares about the quality of the product they are handling.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with manual tasks and standing for the duration of the shift.
- Team Player: A positive, "can-do" attitude with great communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a packing, production, or warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided!
