Ice Cream Assistant (Part-Time/Seasonal)
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individuals to join our growing ice cream business. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and can stay calm during busy periods, we’d love to hear from you.
Duties include:
- Serving ice cream and other products to customers.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Taking cash and card payments.
- Keeping the serving area clean, tidy and well stocked.
- Assisting with setting up and packing away the stall.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods.
- Friendly, reliable and punctual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience serving ice cream, working in the food industry or in a customer service role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Working Hours:
- Saturday availability is essential until the end of September.
- Additional weekday shifts may also be available depending on business needs and weather.
Pay:
- National Minimum Wage (based on age).
